Abstract
In this work, a paramagnetic nanoï¬brous composite ï¬lm was fabricated with poly lactide, hydroxyapatite and g-Fe203 nano-particles using the electrospinning technique. The composite ï¬lm signiï¬cantly enhanced the proliferation, differentiation and ECM secretion of the osteoblast cells under a static magnetic ï¬eld, which offers promising application potentials in bone tissue engineering and bone regeneration therapy.
