Abstract

The creation of miniaturised power cell using direct energy conversion effect with nickel-63 isotope as active element is discussed. The cell has a specific electric power at least 0,05 mW/cm3, output voltage 3V with about 30 years lifespan. Industrial technology of nickel-63 isotope production is proposed with using only Russian resources and technology equipments.
