Abstract

The constructive-technological basis of manufacturing of a two-dimensional matrix integrated tensoresistive converters of pressure MIPD-19 from 19 sensitive elements generated on the silicon chip for the tactile gauges applied to diagnostics is described. The matrix has resolution of 2,5 mm; average value of sensitivity is equal 22,1 mV at voltage of a food of the bridge 2,5 V and pressure 40 kPa, i.e. 0,221 mV/V/kPa or 22,1 mV/V/bar absolute sensitivity of measuring instruments pressure practically does not depend on size initial offset the bridge.
