The results of simulation of autodine signal spectrum of frequency-modulated semiconductor laser meter have been presented. Using autodine signal spectrum of semiconductor laser diode with modulation of radiation wavelength the technology of object distance determination with accuracy to within 1 % has been described. On the basis of developed procedure the application examples of semiconductor laser autodine for determination of surface profile have been shown.
