Abstract
Opportunities of implementation of MEMS/NEMS accelerometers and nanogyroscopes for various DOD's purposes are considered. There are shown advantages of use such devices in competent munitions for ordnance, in platform stabilization for aviation and in personal/vehicle navigation for infantry and vehicles.
