The ways of formation are described for new class of objects polyelectrolyte nanocomposite microcapsules synthesized by nanotechnology methods. The influence of different environmental parameters, such as pH, ionic strength of solution, solvent composition and temperature, on physico-chemical properties of capsules is also described. Basic methods of capsulation of substances based on shell properties change as far as the ways of capsules shell modification for their sensitizing to the different external influences are observed. Also some methods of shell permeability remote control, especially optical and microwave radiation, alternating magnetic field and ultrasound, are described.
