Abstract

The investigations of electrical conductivity (s) and dielectric properties (?, tg?) of K3Li2-?Nb5+?O15+2? (KLN) crystal in the temperature range of 100-300 Ê were carried out. The measurements of ?, ? and tg? were carried out at frequencies of O.1 kHz. 1 kHz, 1O kHz and 1 MHz. It was established that the dielectric constant ? increases as the temperature is raised and decreases with the frequency growth. It is shown, that with the frequency growth electrical conductivity increases in several orders. The anisolropy of electrical conductivity und dielectric properties was discovered.
