Abstract
Statics and dynamic characteristics of simple, sectional and composite piezoactuators for nano- and micrornanipulators are proposed. Effect of geometric and physical parameters of piezoconverter and external load on its statics and dynamic characteristics are determined. Main features and priciples of program-apparatus means for system modeling characteristics of simple and sectional piezoactuators are presented.
