Abstract
In the work, a conctacless method of investigation of the photo-cell hetero-structures is described. There is shown that in such semiconductor structures parameters, like the photo-generated charge carriers’ internal interassembly collection coefficient, can be estimated based only on observations of their luminescence radiation.
