Abstract
The results of investigation of interaction between exciton and free charge carriers’ plasma in superthin semiconducting layers are presented. It is shown that concentration of free carriers strongly affects the exciton structure, what enables us to estimate their nature and concentration, deformation stresses, local electric fields, charging states of impurities, etc.
