Abstract
Modeling the electric filed in plasma reactor, is a complicated problem dewing to a great amount of parameters and to long non linear process of interactions between charged neutral particles. PIC models allow the study of plasma behavior by computing the trajectories of finite-size particles under the action of external and of self-consistent electric and magnetic fields. In this work, the finite difference method (FDM) is used to obtain the self-consistent fields, other various fields, and data which describe (motion, energy, density, ..) of particles (electrons of beam, electrons of plasma, ions, neuters) in a grid of points (nodes).
