Abstract

The possibility of semiconductor laser application to measure the acceleration unevenly accelerated motion of the external reflector at micro- and nano- displacements has been investigated. Computer simulation and experimental researches to determine the acceleration have been performed. Acceleration on various sites of movement and character of dependence of acceleration on the time have been defined.
