Abstract
Po1arization dynamics in a thin ferroelectric film is investigated under an electric pulse action. The polarization decay in a thin film is accompanied by oscillations near the equilibrium position. The polarization transient dynamics is described qualitatively by the phenomenological Ginzburg theory.
