The laser-optical method of definition of nanostructure liquid environments concentration is considered. On an example of research of water solution of silver particles reception of dependence of concentration of metal from light passage solution is shown. The well-founded choice of a kind and parameters of the empirical formula from a class of the most widespread formulas with two and three parameters, concentration in the best way approximating dependence from light passage in sense of minimization of the sum of squares of deviations is made.
