Abstract
This article considers problems of creation of ultraviolet sources on basis of nanostructured field-emission cathodes. Considering last achievements in optoelectronics new methods of reception of an ultraviolet have been offered: on the basis of ultraviolet phosphors and on the basis of photonic crystals.
