Abstract

A mechanical strength of a Bi2Te3 thermoelement branch of thermoelectric modules is analyzed. Theoretical assessment of mechanical stress in thermoelement branches was carried out. There are also experimental results of mechanical strength of a Bi2Te3 thermoelement branches that was obtained in various technological processes in this paper. It is found that composite thermoelement branch has optimal mechanical strength and its stability in technological process.
